Palynq is a personal tool for reflecting on your own history. By using it, you agree to use it thoughtfully and in good faith.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and don't share your login credentials. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know immediately.

Everything you add to Palynq remains yours. We don't claim any ownership or rights over your memories, notes, or personal information. You can export or delete your content at any time.

• ·Don't use the service for harassment or stalking
• ·Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• ·Don't use automated tools to access the service

We provide Palynq as-is and do our best to keep it running smoothly. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. If we ever need to shut down the service entirely, we'll give you plenty of notice and the ability to export your data.

Palynq is provided without warranty. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. This is a personal tool, not a replacement for professional services of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Palynq.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use Palynq after changes means you accept the new terms.
